We use Brewer Cote Sealer with many additives and chemicals to ensure a black and rich color, quick drying time and a long lasting Coating.

Crackfilling is performed with a hot pour rubberized crackfiller. It is the longest lasting and most durable product. It will prevent water from getting into the cracks and causing damage to the Asphalt.

A regular Asphalt Maintenance with filling any open cracks and Sealcoating should be scheduled at least every 2 years. Depending on the shape and slope of your driveway and what kind of weather conditions it was exposed to over the years, it should be maintained.
